This bright and spacious holiday home near Barmouth commands spectacular sea views over the Cambrian Bay coastline. Clean modern living rooms, large bedrooms combined with a brilliant location make this five bedroom holiday home the perfect family getaway.
The kitchen diner is on your left as you enter the house. A large solid wood dining table sits at one end of the room with matching chairs. At the other end, sleek modern fitted units house all the usual appliances including an eye line electric oven and large fridge freezer. A great room for family meals and socializing.
The adjoining lounge has a beautiful set of patio doors opening out onto the front garden and that amazing sea view. But the welcome addition of a real log fire and plenty of comfortable seating ensures that this room is just as great after darkness has taken away the view.
A second living room come games room is bound to be a favourite with children in your group. A large TV with games console, a selection of games, board games and DVD’s are sure to help the adults have a quiet 10 minutes after a hectic day of sight seeing.
Finally on the ground floor, a convenient utility room houses a washing machine and extra wc with washbasin. The back door from here leads out to a small rear garden with washing line.
There are five bedrooms upstairs, four large double rooms and one slightly smaller twin room. The master bedroom has the addition of an en-suite shower room. All the rooms are beautifully furnished with white or cream bedroom furniture as is befitting for a seaside holiday home like this. The views from the three front bedrooms are arguably even more spectacular up here.
The family bathroom at the end of the landing has a shower over bath arrangement as well as a wc and washbasin.

There’s plenty of outside seating at the house, either on the raised patio area or the front facing lawn; this is where you’ll spend a lot of your time, I’m sure. Breathing in the sea air and watching the sun ark across the sky before dipping over the horizon.
The popular seaside town of Barmouth is a couple of miles to the south of the cottage. Just about walking distance if you fancy stretching your legs one evening. There are plenty of pubs and restaurants to choose from in town as well as the usual selection of seaside shops and attractions.
There are lots of activity providers in the area. Smaller independent businesses offering quirky bespoke adventures such as stand up paddle boarding or gorge walking sit along more commercial attractions such as the zip wires in Blaenau or the mountain biking Trails in Coed Y Brenin.
There are naturally lots of walks in the area. Many of which can be accessed right from the house. Circular routes such as the Panorama Walk and the Precipice Walk are a short drive away as are the higher peaks of Cader Idris and the Rhinog Mountains.
