Eryl-Y-Mor is a modern detached three bedroom bungalow in Harlech with sea views. Within walking distance from the shops and cafes, this newly renovated and tastefully decorated holiday cottage makes for a great holiday destination by the sea.
From the entrance hall, to the right we have a good sized sitting room. Very light and airy, the choice of colours and the tiled floor certainly gives a sense of openness, helped too by the double french doors leading out onto a patio area with those all important sea views. The woodburner and thick, floor length curtains will ensure a cosy stay if here during the winter. A large TV and 2 comfy sofas are there for those chill out evenings or in fact for just watching the sunset.
Back through the entrance hall takes you into a really lovely, modern kitchen come diner. Fitted units and all mod cons ensure that you have everything you need to whip up some culinary delights during your stay. There is access to a back door to the house from the kitchen and the utility room where the tumble dryer is housed. A great room to get everyone to de-sand after a day at the beach or de-boot after the mountains.
Through the back of the kitchen, there is a central hallway where all the bedrooms and family bathroom are accessed. 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double and 1 single. All have a very airy feel with crisp white bedding, modern furniture and sea views; very calming which is just the ticket if you are looking to get away from it all.
The family bathroom has a spa bath and separate shower cubicle, WC and washbasin; again, clean and modern like the rest of the house.

Eryl-Y-Mor is situated on a quiet residential area just above the town of Harlech. There is a small patio area with chairs and table for that evening holiday drink. A small, but well kept garden surrounds the house. Being in close proximity to the town, means that you are within walking distance to the shops and restaurants.
Harlech has a host of things to do; the beach and mountains make for fantastic days out. The Royal St Davids Golf club is located here, along with the swimming pool and indoor climbing wall. A cinema showing many of the latest releases is located at the local theatre.
Harlech is in a great position for exploring other parts of Snowdonia. Barmouth, 12 miles to the south offers that quintessential seaside holiday experience whereas going north will take you more into the mountains where you will find Zip World and Surf Snowdonia along with mountain biking trails. The Llyn Peninsula, a 20 minute drive to the west is home to lots of beautiful places to discover.
