Please forgive the impersonal nature of this popup. I hate them too, but I guess this one is useful at least. We are handling lots and lots of emails and phone calls at the moment and can't reply and communicate as effectively as we would like.
We have begun the process of canceling our bookings and refunding our guests. Initially, it is our intention to cancel bookings in date order on a week by week basis. Unfortunately we can't 'move' your booking to a later date. But we hope by refunding you in this way you might be encouraged to re book when we beat the virus.
If you are happy for us to cancel your booking now, please stick your name and booking number into the fields below and I'll refund your account accordingly.
I would add that, without exception, everyone we are speaking to is being very courteous and empathetic. Our faith in human nature has been verified. We are very proud of all our guests and cottage owners.
Please take sensible precautions and keep safe. This enforced separation will pass.
